when i go into the rph console and i type force duty it loads all my plugins however it then freezes and says that they dissabled lspdfr because it causes my game to freeze can someone help please

When you start RagePluginHook, click the gear in order to access the settings menu.

In the menu, increase the Plugin Timeout Threshold number by a thousand until it works.

I recommend its maximum threshold which is 60,000. So it gives you roughly 1 minute before it crashes/disables a plugin.
