The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

StopThePed - Not working in First Person

As title says, all of my plugins function while in first person except for StopThePed, my character still says the random phrases , however the menu does not appear. I can only use the default LSPDFR limited ped interaction menu. I have the latest RagePluginUI as well. Any ideas?, thank you in advance.

Check the .ini file and see if there's anything about that in there. I don't use Stop The Ped, but I would imagine there's a setting in the .ini for that.

Sadly not an option within the INI configuration file, also checked for any comparability errors and could not find any.

I use StopThePed, but mainly play in third person. I recommend asking the author of the mod about it.
