I have PoliceSmartRadio. I have it setup with my controller so that when the dpadup is pressed, the radio selection scrolls up. But, annoyingly, it also opens up my cell phone. Is there any way I can disable the cell phone from opening with dpad up? Can game controller bindings be changed from the default?

Ahhhh! Perfect. I had actually found a YouTube Video that explained how to edit a file to remove the reference to the Dpadup button. The only thing was it didn't specify which version to edit ... the one in the game or the mod folder. I did both, but realize that was likely a mistake/
