The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Silly question, but before I go and fritz something up, what are "modifier keys".

I see in many plugin .ini files where key bindings can be changed, reference to Modifer Keys. for example, PoliceSmart Radio has bindings for TogglerRadioKey and ToggleRadioModifierKey. What is the difference?

Modifier Key is an additional key.  For instance of the Smart Radio is C then you can set a modifier like RCtrl.  So it would be RCtrl and C.  Rctrl being the Modifier.
