Suspect.Tasks.LeaveVehicle(LeaveVehicleFlags.None);

just replace 'suspect' with your ped's name

 

edit: if you want them to leave the door open, change the None LeaveDoorOpen. Other Possibilities: .BailOut, .LeaveDoorOpen, None, WarpOut.
