I installed Modded police cars and the tail light flash but the rest stay on constant. Any idea why they are not flashing. I looked on youtube couldn't find any videos. Thank for your answers in advance.

Which Cars and what slot?

ELS&NON-ELS 2014 state patrol charger By Krul. Ang all the other one i downloaded are not working ether. The slot is FIB1

 Did you put the xml file into ELS? And put carocols in correct spot?

Send me the link you got the cars from.  Sounds to me you didnt put all the files in when you installed ELS, could that be possible?

So when you installed this you put the model files where they said to put it along with the XML file in the ELS folder?

would u mind. if u have discord joining our discord my friend is the one having the light problems. he couldn't figure it so i went to LSPDFR Community for help. if u do that would help alot. and thx for all ur help
