When I try to spawn a vehicle, 8 out of 10 times it spawns with the Extra that I don't want. Same with the AI cars. The question is, do modders set a probability on how often a car spawns with the extra? I thought it should have been a 50 50 chance but it's not. How can I lower the probability of a vehicle spawning with the extra? or even make it never spawns with the extra, which is ALPR in this case

It's all random. I do find that some extras spawn more then other.

 

If you using Simple Native trainer you can toggle them.

 

When in a vehicle. Go Vehicle options -> vehicles mod menu -> vehicles components. You use numpad 4&6 to change what extra and 5 to toggle

Can I save it permanently? Like everytime I load the game, cars are saved to not spawn with that particular extra?

<requiredExtras>  tag in vehicles.meta can force defined extras to always spawn

Damn man, no offense but did you read any of the comments lol? I said I don't want an EXTRA or want to lower the probability of it spawning

well it worked for me i learned something new every time i spawn my slick top CHP it spawned with out ram bar now i added extra 10 and it spawns with it thanks
