The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can anyone tell me why my game continuously crashes?

seeing as this is the last log, maybe it's a bug within the callout itself.

 

try removing the callout which you crash on, and test all the other callouts, that way you can determine that the one you removed is the one that's crashing your game. Then you can either re-install carefully and test again or keep it removed.

 

In some callouts i've had my game crash, so each time i add a new callout i test it a lot to see if it crashes.

 

as for the being shot at and crashing, i'm not sure why that would be happening.

Maybe its just like the drunk driver event, when it creates the event of an active shooter, it just crashes out

Its not an active shooter callout, its when an event creates an active shooter, say like a traffic stop goes wrong and the guy starts shooting at me.
