Hey,

 

I'm new to GTA IV, regular to GTA V, and I've been watching a youtube video on how to install LCPDFR mods etc and in such video, they run a diagnostics tool [see photo] image.png.fcf7fc59b4854b62a3e436d0719c39eb.png which configures their game. With the version I downloaded, this did not have such tool in the LCPDFR folder I had.

 

If anybody has the download, or any information regarding it please contact ASAP.
