The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

It stopped working after I tried downloading custom vehicles.

I can't get a crash report because it freezes and Rage can't properly terminate the plugin (LSPDFR)

What happens is: 

If I load the plugin during launch then it simply freezes when it says "Loading Story" in the Rage Launcher.

If I load the plugin in-game then it repeatedly says that LSPDFR plugin was terminated multiple times.

I think its an ELS issue, but even after uninstalling the vehicles and removing ELS VCF files it's still crashing.
