New to this, need some advise!

Hi guys, so I recently started with gta 5, and I would like to do some DOJ offline to proceed later into online mode... I watch Polecat's and BayAreaBuggs their video's and now I'm looking for the kinda same mods but I don't know any names of the mods like the postal code map, police radio, toolbox'es, cars, clothing weapons, lights, siren sounds, gun sounds... what they actually use. So could you guys help me out with some links of the mods and a little word of how to install them? I already know how it work for cars, so I could use some help with the file replacements of the lights, sirens, clothing and adding in other stuff like the postal map clothing, speedo and etc.

What i first did was i looked on Jeff Favignanos LSPDFR videos and basically copied his mods that he was using.

In the description of that video is his current mods.

 

I copied all his mods and started to look around for mods that looked good.

To install them you should follow the instructions in the readme of the mod or on the mod page. In a nutshell LSPDFR plugins should be placed in the LSPDFR folder which is located in the plugins folder. The normal plugins should be placed in the plugins folders.  The ASI scripts should be placed inside the main directory, but you must have a asi loader.

Allright thanks for the link and the help/advice! This will help me a lot! For the plugins I will take a look on youtube for more explenation if needed when the read me files aren't clear enough. Thanks again!
