What to do for no insurance?

I pulled a suspect over because of an ALPR hit for no insurance and my only available options for traffic that are closest to "no insurance" are driving while license suspended and driving while license revoked.

 

not sure what to charge him for since there is no option for "driving without insurance"

Are you using computer+? Is so then it should be under documentation>Failure to present insurance. Then if theres more than one option, just click on the +1 and you'll be able to add a new charge. 

 

Depending on what law you wanna follow the charges can be as little as a citation or arrestable. I usually give a citation for no insurance because its a hefty fine.
