SirenMastery crashing on startup

SirenMastery crashes when GTA is loading! I installed it correctly, followed each instruction, made it compatible with ELS by changing setting in GeneralConfig.ini (AllowWithELS) and changed to "false" each vehicle which I am gonna use with SirenMastery and left just the quotes in AudioSprings. I tried to run the troubleshooter but no errors where found. I left the crash report there:
