The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Looking for plugins for callouts specifically for Air Support, as scene in many videos but such as this one below.

    Wilderness callouts have 2 plugins that are awesome with a chopper; assist in finding fleeing suspects and missing person.

    Might also want to download the spotlight plugin which gives you a spotlight on the helicopter that can track peds/cars.
