The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

so i have this problem with any UI i have, such as stop the ped, when i use it, its white and i cant see what im looking at until i move to the button, does anyone know how to fix this?

Adding to what homie cat said, this is a temporary NativeUI bug, nothing you did wrong or can permanently fix.  Just happens from time to time.
