The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Has the "Stop ped" feature seen any new info?

The LSPDFR+ mod causes the "stop ped" feature to break for me.  I made a post about it a year or two ago and the only fix seemed to be either reload plugins or arrest someone at gunpoint then release them and that will make it work a couple times, then it will break again.  

 

Its such a game changer, especially when you pull over a car with more than 1 person, otherwise they all walk off and you have to chase them all down at gunpoint.  I would just remove lspdfr+ but since I'm not much for role-playing out loud, the additional dialogue is something I can't live without.
