Game crash to desktop after recieving "callout"

Featured Replies

Good afternoon everyone,

I have installed LSPDFR successfully (with latest RPH.)

Everytime I become a police officer, Or forceduty, I can move around for a couple of mins.

The second I receive a callout, I hear a couple of loud beeping noises and then my game crashes to my desktop.

I am 100% sure I've installed everything correctly.

Ive even tried lowering my graphic settings to no avail. I have a pretty capable system as well.

It looks this is where it went wrong but I don't know how to fix this:

[6/12/2018 5:47:45 PM.983] UNHANDLED EXCEPTION OCCURRED
[6/12/2018 5:47:45 PM.984] ------------------------------
[6/12/2018 5:47:45 PM.984] Origin: HOOK
[6/12/2018 5:47:45 PM.985] ------------------------------
[6/12/2018 5:47:45 PM.985] Exception type: System.UnauthorizedAccessException

[6/12/2018 5:47:45 PM.985] Exception message: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\Police Scanner\RESIDENT\NOISE_LOOP_01.wav' is denied.

Here is a FULL log: https://pastebin.com/pvwMzPaH

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Go into the lspdfr folder.  Right click Police Scanner-->properties.  Make sure it's unblocked and not in read only mode.

Now do this same thing for the RESIDENT folder.

I need donations to help fund my food addiction. DM for details 😂

Whenever i unblock the read only option, apply, and save, It reverts back to read only.

I have tried multiple other things, but nothing seems to work. I have given up for now, unless you or anyone else has any ideas
