The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Is that a legal copy of GTA 5 from either Steam or Rockstar Social Club? If not,I dont think Rage and LSPDFR work when you have a pirated copy, if thats the case.
