This has happened before....  Why does this happen? Seems to occur randomly... 

 

Also gives me this failed to launch message...  but sometimes these things just clear up on their own...  what in the world is going on?

 

Was there some sort of new update overnight or the past day or so?

 

I havent had any system updates, no game changes... etc...

So I logged in and it continued to loading the game but it now brings me to this screen:

 

I'm not sure what happened to my the GTAV/LCPDFR...

 

This has happened before too.

I am having close to this same issue. I have not played in a while due to work. But I saw rock star updated yet again. so I re downloaded RagePlugin Hook ans Script hook V. How ever Rage cant launch due to Sign in And every time I sign in it throws an error. Any help would be helpful as I am now at a stand still. https://i.imgur.com/cyN1oSt.png.

So you can play the game just not if you start it with Rage Hook?

 

Does Rage give you the error message:  "Insufficient Permissions or Bad Anti-Virus."?
