I have LSPDFR installed with some mods and it starts fine but when I do force duty or go to a station to start it loads everything sometimes it crashes and sometimes it doesn't but when it loads up the callouts it will work for a bit but then it will start freaking out looking like it has a very heavy motion blur then it starts changing colors and start tripping out and the really only way I can discribe it is that it looks like my computer is on LSD then it just stops but you can hear the game in the background and interactwith it but you can see anything.

What kind of system do you have, especially the video card?

Have you had the problem running any other games or stock GTA? It sounds like a video card issue or running out of video memory.

 

Try playing stock GTAV for a while and see if you get any of the same problems.
