At first everything worked great and i only had eup law and order reacently i thougt why not install the other one i had to do it manually because the auto dident work when i started gta v up it said i didnt have law and order  than i realized none of my replace,add-on,dlc cars also didnt work after reinstalling and reinstalling all the mods and updates it still doesnt work HELP please

Have you thoroughly read the install instructions for both?  Add-on cars and EUP both work flawlessly.  Check the text tutorial in my signature for how to install add-on cars.

oh i know how to install add-on cars ive done it since i have tha game on pc thats about 3years now but it all went wrong when i installed serve and rescue in the past it worked flawlessly and now when i want to install it again i cant spawn any dlc or add-ons the police car replaces doesnt even work

Is it only add-on cars that won't work?  What happens if you try to spawn police? police2? etc?

In OpenIV, check the asi manager.  Make sure they are still installed.

Take a screenshot of the contents within the dlcpacks folder.

I'd say something has went wrong on your installation, probably best to revert to a backup mods folder or a new mods folder and try again.

I currently have EUP (Both skin packs) + Menu running with a mod called WOV (World of Variation) which has a bunch of add-on vehicles.

 

Double check your dlclist.xml, Ensure you have all of EUP's requirements on it's page. Ensure all of the requirements are installed correctly too

There is a dlcpack limit.  Once you've exceeded a certain amount, it crashes your game.  In your case, since it's not crashing, I assume you don't have all of the dlcpacks in the dlclist.

From what I've read it's best merging all your add-ons into one DLCpack folder and just adding one DLCpack to the dlclist.txt.. not sure if it's true but might be worth a try!

I've been having a hard time with this too. Certainly it's only Ablo's MODDING DLC folder. I ensure the vehicles.meta and carvariations.meta are installed properly for the vehicles I put in there. And had tried various gameconfig files but only comes to the same outcome. Can anyone help?
