Hey all,

   I can admit I am a complete moron when it comes to modding, let alone creating skins. Would anybody who loves to create skins be able to create a Leland Police nc pack? I would be so grateful! 

 

I would love to create a LSPDFR of Brunswick County bc law enforcement agencies including Brunswick county SO, Leland Police, NCSHP and maybe a shallote... but certainly would like leland and BCSO. 

 

If anybody can help I will invite you for an actual ride along with me haha (no really I'm a cop)
