Rage Plugin Hook failing to download.

  I already have the LSPDFR mod downloaded, however, Rage Plugin Hook installation is giving me issues. First off, the site takes a year to load for me and it's the only site that's doing it. Every other website loads instantly. Second, the download speeds are atrocious at best. Firefox is telling me that it's downloading at 5kb per second and that it will be done in 50 minutes or so. The download has actually completed once, however, it told me that I did not have access to the ZIP folder and I learned that the file was probably corrupted after googling it. This is the only download where the download rate is terrible, everything else downloads at like 6mb per second. I don't have any anti-viruses blocking it either. I've tried reaching out already to the RAGE Plugin Hook Discord server  but got no help from there.
