Random crash during gameplay

So for the past couple of days I've been having this random crash where the game just randomly gets a black screen and then shows my desktop and says game has crashed and ragehook crash etc etc.. It happens randomly like I could be standing still or arresting a suspect and it happens, obviously annoying as I've never ever had a CTD before in GTA V.

 

So any assistance would be greatly appreciated, cheers 👍🏻.
