so i have "cops: back on the beat" installed to add more cars, and ive had it for some time now, but just a few days ago, they will spawn in, and just burn rubber, not moving whatsoever, does anyone else have this problem and knows how to fix it?

Check your trainers for "police ignore player", "player invisible", or anything similar and see if they are enabled. Disable them if they are.

i saw a few different forums with that answer, they were both off, but i deleted the trainer entirely and it fixed it

One of your options was still enabled then. 🙂 Feel free to redownload the trainer.
