While attempting to Launch "RAGEPluginHook", It says Validating Hook and then stops responding.

I see the issue (The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.) But I don't know how to fix this. I've already re-downloaded my game before this post and still the same issue.

Issue RESOVLED .... After getting a notification that my drive needed to be repaired and I went threw with it, it worked.
