I'm sorry to say, but I think it's something on your end blocking it.  Those images are from two different sites, and both work in three different browsers for me, both logged in and out.

 

What it says is, find these lines

 

car.defaultlight.day.emissives.on 6000.00

 

car.defaultlight.night.emissives.on 1500.00

I found it. It's gyazo.com being blocked by privacy badger. when I allow that site then the image comes up on your post above.

 

On your page that was linked, it was image.prntscr.com that Privacybadger was blocking.

 

I've enabled both for now and the images appear.
