The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

when i start ragehook ragehook recognizes LSPD:FR but when i start the game with ragehook the normal gta without LSPD:FR starts. Please help.

When you start via Rage, once in game hit F4 and type "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll".

 

You can also go into RPH's settings and set LSPDFR to load automatically.

Hey Giordano, I've done those things and now am still having trouble getting the game to boot up using rage. It always sends me to vanilla GTA now.
