The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Technically, it's GTA not loading since the window isn't opening.  Can you launch GTA via the normal GTA5.exe?

I meant to say GTAV, I got it working. I re-installed LSPDFR and  RPH with no avail. I signed out of my computer, and signed back in. After that it worked, It's strange sorry for bothering. I did post before I found out obviously...

No no, you're fine.  Modding is so damn weird sometimes.  Even I've had times where shit stopped working for no reason at all, then randomly started again.
