Help handling.meta

Hello, I have a custom handling.meta I found and I added it to a few of police cars. All of the cars work and run fine except two. They just about do a wheelie when accelerating and if you barely turn it flips.

Anyone have an idea why it is doing this, any help is much appreciated!

 

I have tried changing: <fmass value="1650.000000" /> and still have same issue..

Here is a how I would fix it, but keep in mind I modified it using a vanilla police cruiser as test subject, so it might not work as well on the car you are using.
