I have a bunch of addon vehicles that are added to the game via additional DLCs... they all worked perfectly well until the last update. I went into my mods folder and deleted update/update.rpf as the game will infinitely load due to changes made by rockstar if you still have the old update.rpf in the mods folder (something you always have to do after an update), after that I edited the dlclist file in update/update/common/data... and to be sure, i even changed the dlclist file in the main game folder. None of my add on DLCs will work... as if the game pretends they're not there. The game runs fine besides that, any help is appreciated.

 

What have they done this time to screw their loyal customers (I've personally bought 6 copies of GTA5)? Thanks Rockstar! GO WORK ON RED DEAD REDEMPTION 2!

I've yet to install an add-on car pack, but will be installing TheHurk's CHP pack in a day or so.  To my immediate knowledge, add-on vehicle dlcpacks still work.  Are you positive you've done everything right?

 

Also, I get you were desperate, but it's never, ever advised to replace vanilla files with modded ones.  Always use your mods folder.

Nothing changed...the update is the only difference. I’ve been modding for years and don’t use my PC for online playing.

I've installed TheHurk's CHP pack as a standalone DLC and his cars are working fine for me.  I'm sorry to say, but your issue seems to be a user error.

 

What all exactly have you done?
