Mod for first aid actions?

I was responding to a scene where there was a downed deputy, I had to stand there and watch my fellow deputy laying on the ground, covered in blood, without being able to help, other than calling an ambulance. So:

 --> Is there some kind of first aid mod? If so, what mod is it?

To my knowledge, no there is not.
