The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I just got lspdfr and am having an issue with the prompt to enter the departments coming up it not say to press E or anything when I go to main entrance can anyone help

Normally, instead of going in a station one can force duty through Rage Plugin Hook.

Press F4(by default) and type "ForceDuty" and press Enter

This will put you on duty.

If you would like uniforms not provided by the default LSPDFR in police stations  I suggest you download EUP uniform pack.

Sounds like you didn't install Rage correctly.  Please try again, there are some video tutorials out there by First30Minutes if you need visual aid.
