When I launch RAGE Plugin Hook, it loads, and when it says "waiting for game window", it opens GTA V, but all I see is my mouse and a black screen. Task Manager, on my secondary monitor, lists Grand Theft Auto V as "Not Responding". It stays a black screen for about 15 seconds or so, and it then crashes. I see the text dialogue from RAGE Plugin Hook and the crash message from Social Club. I'm thinking it could be a memory issue because before, when it would crash, I would restart my computer and launch RAGE Plugin Hook first, and it wouldn't crash but load normally. Whereas, if I had restarted my computer and opened Google Chrome, Discord, and Steam, it wouldn't not have loaded normally, but it would've done what I described above - crashed. Any ideas as to what this may be caused by? And any solutions?

I keep getting stuck on the "waiting for game window" screen too. Instead of crashing, it shows this and I can't load GTAV/LSPDFR.
