The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

My normal, unmoded game launches fine. But when i try to launch it with rage it just crashes on loading screen(the one that puts you in the game when it ends).  I selected the ''load no plugins on startup'' so its not the problem with LCPDFR(i used the albo troubleshooter to make sure that it wasnt some error causing the crash related to LCPDFR). I just don't know what to do...

If you are using OpenIV to modify any parts of your game; make sure to open it and copy the new update.rpf to your file library.

 

It should fix your problem. (it did for me)
