The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I've set the ambulance slot to FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in the meta but BetterEMS won't spawn an ambulance other than the LSFD Airport livery. It's quite annoying. Any fix??

Can you change the livery with a trainer?

Have you added the liveries to both of the texture files? (If your ambulance has two and not just one)

It's BetterEMS, so it automatically spawns an ambulance for treatment. I don't. I'll check about the dual files but that wouldn't make sense.

It has been a little while since I've last used BetterEMS, but I don't recall there being an option in the INI to set the livery.  If the ambulance has multiple liveries, it might spawn with either a random livery, or just the first livery.  I'm not sure how BetterEMS does it.

Yea I know how it works, I use it too. 

My point was to find out if your ambulance is multi-livery enabled. 

Because if you can’t change the livery in a trainer , chances are that Betterems can’t change the livery either.
