The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Both actually. More interested in the adding cars but would like to have knowledge of both.  I don't know how to insert any. I have the LCDPFR installed, I have OpenIV but still unsure. I haven't found a video that quite explained how to :/

EDIT: I have successfully learned to add vehicles. Still unsure on callouts. Want to be able to use radar etc.

Slight correction, plugins go into the LSPDFR folder within Plugins.
