I'm new. How do you insert these callouts?

Trying to add various police vehicles etc. I'm unsure how to. Help??

Your title says "insert these callouts", but your post says vehicles.  Which are you wanting?

Both actually. More interested in the adding cars but would like to have knowledge of both.  I don't know how to insert any. I have the LCDPFR installed, I have OpenIV but still unsure. I haven't found a video that quite explained how to :/

EDIT: I have successfully learned to add vehicles. Still unsure on callouts. Want to be able to use radar etc.

Most of the callouts you need to move them into Plugins folder in your Gta V but for example Assorted callouts got a installer.

Slight correction, plugins go into the LSPDFR folder within Plugins.
