Ragehook update

I put the new ragehook update in and now everytime i go to lunch the game it says system slow or insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus then an error code comes up that says "could not hook game process insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus..." why is it saying this i blocked my anti-virus from blocking all the plugins and ragehook. It was working fine before this update game, I've tried everything i know and nothing works can someone please help me?

Do you have a mods folder? If so rename it to anything else and try again. If you have scripthook.dll, delete it until scripthook is updated

but now that i changed the name of the mods folder I went to add in my cars and ped and siren and they don't work and it created a new mods folder and but the other that i renamed in that one, what should i do?

Also would script hook not being up to date be why my els doesn't work too

also is there anyway to get around this for the time being of waiting for the update

No,  regardless of scripthook v mine is constant crash festival. Completely worthless
