The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

so i installed smart police radio and everything works except  that for some reason the voice dispatch doesn't work.
anybody has a similar problem or know an answer?

1. Make sure you have installed Vocal Dispatch and other mods/plugins correctly. Read the ReadMe documents that come with the download.

2. Also check to make sure all of your modded files are updated; such as rage hook, etc.

3. If steps 1 and 2 don't fix the problem, try reinstalling the plugin.
