CRASHING: Please check I have the correct .NET and C++ Versions Installed

Hello,

 

 

I've been getting a lot of crashes lately... mostly coming back to .NET v4>clr.dll

 

Would you guys be so kind to take a look at the screen shots I have attached.... these are the C++ & .NET libraries I currently have installed on my Windows 10 x64 system. I have also attached some DXDIAG info.

The crash occurs after going 'On Duty'... after going on duty anytime I attempt to get in a vehicle (any vehicle) it crashes with above error.
