The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have spot light downloaded and i love the plugin. The only problem is with my suvs and one of my 14 chargers the light comes on but its almost like its in the middle of the door. And i can only shine it to the sides. When i shine it to the front all the light is absorbed into the vehicle. Is there a fix to this
