GTAVLauncher.exe exited unexpectedly

I want to try this mod so bad and followed the guide but eveytime i start it up thru the RPH i get the error GTAVLauncher.exe exited unexpectedly but the game does boot up normally.
If i launch the game first and then RPH i get the error that GTA V is allready running. any idea how to fix this?

make sure you are not running either RHP or GTA in admin mode
