Loads up then loading again

I've installed lcpdfr and everything seems to work fine it loads up as normal but and to the loading screen where it says loading mission and then it starts as i can see the caracter and move for 0.1 second then the screen goes black and it says loading again? can someone help me? also i dont know where to find the logs.

it is possible caused by peds mod or vehicle mods. 

 

Did you install any uniform mods or car mods?

Hey yes i did but it works without the lcpdfr mod so why dont it work with the mod? Cant i use order mods with that? Im swedish so i use swedish mods. Seen it work for others do i thoght it would work for me

UPDATE: deleted all the mods and i still get that error.

UPDATE 2: Now i reinstalled the game and everything but now the game wont even start everytime i put in lcpdfr it doesnt even start

Did you purchase your GTA IV from steam? 

 

Do you have a decent pc to run GTA IV itself without any mods? 

 

These requirements are very important, if you have a pc can barely run the game, you will have a lot of complicated problems.

It's from steam and i have a intel core i7 and gtx 1070 ti graphics card my computer is made for gaming got it too work somehow dunno how

Wow it should be good. 

 

But does your game run without LCPDFR? 

 

Here is what you should consider to do: 

 

Download a zip achieve of LCPDFR 1.1, instead of installer.exe

 

Then, copy all the files except dsound.dll loader. I recommend you to install xlives.dll loader, unless  you want to play online. But you can't have dsound and xlives together. 

 

Remove a file named: "paul.dll" to desktop. Only put it back unless you want to play online. 

 

Launch  the game by right click on GTAIVlauncher.exe select run as anim.

Also, some uniforms and vehicle mods doesn't work with LCPDFR. It will cause loading issue.
