Hey, 

 

I have experience this million of times, I think it has to do with the LCPDFR mod. 

 

And I'm sure anyone else also experienced this, a lot of Youtuber's has same bug/glitch. 

 

I know it's annoy with siren on, but I don't think there's a way to fix it, cause it's not a big issue to consider about. 

 

You just have to turn them off by yourself or just leave the area.
