i got it to start but it crashed at car selection...

Yes, i am having the exact same problem i have gone through all the procedures and still nothing but i havent put it in the EFLC folder, where can i locate it, Thanks!

Dont worry i fixed mine C:

skyler, check to be sure you have a LCPDFR folder, Firstresponse.net and firstresponse.ini in the scripts folder in your EFLC folder

try running LaunchEFLC.exe as administrator

I have EFLC and updated and running as admin. And I press left Alt-P and the mod doesn't start. Please help.
