The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Make sure the vehicles have got the correct handling lines, they should be included within the README files of both vehicles.

    I wasn't able to find that for the Ford Raptor... The one for the Jeep I was able to find, I installed that and it didn't work I drag and dropped the .Meta file in the location it said in the Readme

    Try using this mod.  It makes it easier to replace things, since you have to put things in different archives depending on your version of the game.

    (I would install that mod on an unmodded version of the game to be safe)

    Then you install the car mods in the Modding folder you just installed.
