ELS - No Lights [NO CHANGES MADE TO GAME] [SOLVED]

All of a sudden, my ELS lights just stopped working. I've made zero changes to my game. The sirens and the 'keytones' for when you turn the stages on still function. I repeat - I have made  zero changes to my game since installing ELS. I've got no idea where to go from here. I've tried reinstalling ELS, AdvancedHook, Scipthook and SHVDN, vehicles, and VCFs. Nothing's worked. Any help appreciated. 

 

 

UPDATE:

This issue has been solved. Uninstall OpenIV .asi loaders, restart PC, and reinstall.
