GTA 5 is already running

Hi guys.

So my last post was about GTA not loading into the game, it kept on saying 'waiting for game window'. I though it had fixed it by updating my RPH to the latest version. It worked only one time and from then on, it's back to the same issue.

I have just tried launching the game from the GTA5Launcher.exe in the directory and it comes up with this:

I have check task manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL and it does not show GTA running. I have also tried running the game through steam and oddly that loads up.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.

I have done this but if i close the game and then start it up again, it doesn't open.

Is your GTAV Folder in your AV exceptions list?

Also, what happens if you launch GTAV via steam into Story Mode, when game fully loads, alt tab and launch RPH?
