Is there an animation for traffic stops from the trainer, like leaning in the window of the vehicle.

There is a leaning option in the scenario menu of Simple Trainer, but I have never tried it for leaving into the vehicle.   Otherwise, I'm unaware of a mod with that specific animation, nor have I seen anyone doing it.

Okay. I saw a Bay Area Buggs video in DOJ, he was stopped and when the guy was talking to him he was leaning on the car with his head in the window.

Yeah but they using server commands for animations like for example (/animstop3 or something like that)i would recommend using a simple native trainer.
