[SOLVED] Waiting for game window

Hi eveyone.

So last night my game screwed up. I don't know what I did wrong but I was installing this:

I changed all the skins on the vehicles to LSPD and LSSD skins. I have also added in a custom ambulance, firetruck and towtruck, all ELS.

When I loaded the game up through the RPH for the first time it came up with Waiting for game window and then loaded into a black screen, then the ping of an error message was in the bachground. I closed out of RPH and was greeted with this message:

I have already Forced Directx 11 and Windowed mode and there is no crash log as it doesn't load that far into the game to give me one.

Anyone know how to fix this?

SOLVED

So the issue was I thought I had installed the lastest version of RPH (0.61), but it must not have registered when i put it into the directory. I open the RPH console up and installed it automatically through that, but it didn't work. It cam up with another error saying something to do with a file called FW1FontWrapper.dll. 

So what I done was I downloaded the lastest RPH version from the RPH website and removed FW1FontWrapper.dll before I dragged and dropped it into my directory. All seems to be working OK now.
